It’s currently 2:56am Monday morning, November 30, 2009. I am sitting in the birthing room with my amazing, incredible, beautiful, strong, smart, bodacious wife as we are prepared to have our second baby within the next few hours.

There are no words.

To make it better? We had record numbers at Crossroads today, and it was announced to the congregation that I am being brought on full time as the Executive Pastor of the church. What does that mean? That means, I am in charge of pretty much everything but the preaching of the Word on Sunday mornings. It is my responsibility to take as much pressure off of Pastor Tim as I can. It is also a role I have been functioning in for about the last year, only now, my passion has become my profession. Sweet.

Yes, I will continue to lead worship at Crossroads until such a time comes that we can pay a worship leader full time to replace me.

LAST, and certainly not least,……the BILLS SPANKED THE DOLPHINS TODAY!!!!
