Joe Miller was the lead singer, rhythm guitar player and a song writer for the Christian Rock band thehungr.

thehungr started as a Youth Group worship band in 1998 at Hamburg Assembly of God, a suburb just south of Buffalo NY. It was started out of a need when the youth group was worshiping to CD’s when their current worship leader Dan Ward left for college.

By the time the band saw it’s end, they had recorded 3 records, one sponsored by a Record Label, made a DVD, been played on the radio and performed and lead worship in front of thousands of people.
